The Villa
A wonderful 15th Century villa in Venetian style offering splendid views of the Lago di Garda: our 110 square metre apartment can sleep four and has recently been renovated and modernised for complete comfort. It is situated in a historical building of noble origins, which has its own private gardens and swimming pool and is in the area of Colà di Lazise (Verona).
The apartment
Inside the apartment there is a spacious kitchen-dining area which is fully equipped, a large bedroom that has one double bedand another with two signal beds. There are two bathrooms. Outside lies the private garden and paved patio with tables and chairs for eating outdoors, in addition to two parking spaces, one in an underground garage and the other in the building car park.
The apartment is a part of the original architecture of the grandiose villa called “Il Castello”, a location where guests can enjoy the beauty of a wooded parkland of almost 20,000 square metres, a large private swimming pool, a natural terrace with well-kept Italian garden and a perfect view of the Lago di Garda.
The apartment is completely furnished and has an induction oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery and crockery and everything else needed for cooking and dining: there are also towels, blankets and sheets for four people plus free Wi-Fi connection.
Colà and surroundings
The villa that houses our apartment is in the oldest and highest part of the small Medieval village of Colà and has excellent connections to the towns and sights of interest nearby, such as the spa of Villa dei Cedri (only 500 ms away), the theme park, Gardaland (5 km), historical town centre of Lazise (3 km), Bardolino (7 km), Garda (10 km), Verona (20 km) and its Roman arena, squares and medieval churches.
Colà is 7 km from the Peschiera del Garda motorway exit on the Milan-Venice motorway and 14 km from the Affi exit on the Brennero motorway.All trains stop at the Peschiera del Garda train station including high speed trains that can reach Milan or Venice in an hour.
